Park Nicollet is honored to have 11 neighborhood clinics named to Consumer Reports' Top Clinics list for 2012. The ratings focused on the quality of care provided to patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or both. The data was provided by Minnesota Community Measurement and the ratings included 552 medical practices from Minnesota.

Of the 552 practices, 37 clinics achieved the highest score. The clinics represented on this list, including the 11 Park Nicollet clinics, demonstrated a successful team approach to controlling patients' blood pressure and cholesterol levels, as well as managing blood sugar levels in diabetes patients.
