Park Nicollet Breaks Ground on New Outpatient Facility in Maple Grove
ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — Park Nicollet will break ground on a new outpatient regional center in Maple Grove on Monday, July 28. The $48 million project will bring a wide variety of services to the Northwest Metro, including primary care, specialty care and ambulatory surgical services.
The regional center will consist of a newly constructed 93,000-square-foot medical building. The three-story building will be joined to the existing Park Nicollet clinic located at 15800 95th Avenue N. in Maple Grove. The new building will house specialty clinics, primary care and outpatient diagnostic services. The existing 29,000-square-foot clinic will be renovated and converted to an ambulatory surgery and endoscopy center.

Construction of the new medical building is scheduled to be completed in late 2015, with the ambulatory surgery and endoscopy center to open in the renovated building in early 2016.
