Psychological tests measure children’s current academic, behavioral, social-emotional, adaptive and cognitive functioning. The results of these tests are used to develop an individualized intervention plan that uses a child’s strengths and addresses areas of need.

Social-emotional functioning: how well the child is regulating his or her verbal and nonverbal communication, plus emotions
