Tests and treatments
A number of procedures are used for screening, diagnosing and treating breast cancer. The procedures you have will depend on a variety of factors, including your age, family history and recommendations of your doctor.
Since opening in 1995, Jane Brattain Breast Center has detected more than 2,000 cancers, with 92 percent in the earliest, most treatable stages. Through computer-aided detection (CAD) and Minnesota’s first full-field digital mammography, the center is a leader in detecting and diagnosing breast cancer.
