Early detection
At Jane Brattain Breast Center, we know women may put off getting a mammogram because of busy lives or fear of the unknown. We encourage women to have regular mammograms because — time and time again — they have been proven to be the best tool for detecting breast cancer early, when it can be best treated and even cured.
Through self-exams, annual breast exams by a health professional and mammography, the national five-year survival rate of breast cancer approaches 90 percent. Jane Brattain Breast Center exceeds the national average with a 92 percent survival rate.
