Description
The theme of this year’s Symposium for Advanced Diabetes Educators is “It Takes a Team! Working Together to Improve Diabetes Care.” The symposium will focus on team-based, patient-centered, diabetes care and will emphasize how diabetes care integrates resources from many disciplines and fields. It will highlight the latest therapies, technologies and research that are impacting diabetes care and demonstrate how a team approach can help improve outcomes. More
Credit hours
Contact hours have been applied for through the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Up to 11.75 credit hours may be awarded.
Continuing professional education has been applied for through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Up to 12 credit hours may be awarded.
