Patient advisory board

Frauenshuh Cancer Center is committed to serving our patients and community. To ensure the decisions we make serve everyone’s needs, we formed a cancer patient advisory board. This board is made up of cancer survivors (past and current patients), families, members of our community, donors and Frauenshuh Cancer Center leaders.

The purpose of the advisory board is, "To deliver the highest-quality, patient-centered care by increasing collaboration among patients, families, caregivers and health care providers."

The advisory board is involved in many important decisions, giving input on:

• construction of the new cancer center
• introduction of new patient support materials
• continuum of care
