Outreach events

Park Nicollet Cancer Center goes into the community to offer outreach events. Through our annual Golf Marathon and Marathons of Hope, participants raise funds for the center’s quality psychosocial, support and education services.

“Sun Safety” brings center staff to community pools to educate swimmers about the dangers of skin cancer, and distribute free sunglasses and sunscreen.

Every April, in recognition of Cancer Awareness Month, Park Nicollet offers free community events that focus on a variety of topics of interest to patients and families.
