Home care

Home care is available for Park Nicollet oncology patients who live within a 30-mile radius of Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Nurses assess patient needs, and develop a care plan to meet those needs. Often, these needs are symptom-management issues related to the cancer diagnosis or side effects from treatment. Other health care professionals provide care to the patient as needed.
