Our nurses specialize in a variety of fields including:
Acute care nursing
An acute care nurse may practice in a variety of settings including the emergency center, intensive care, coronary care, obstetrics, oncology, and general medicine. Patients receive active but short term treatment for injury, illness, urgent medical conditions, or during recovery from surgery.
A surgical nurse is a nurse who specializes in perioperative care, meaning care provided to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
Ambulatory care nursing is characterized by rapid, focused assessments of patients, long-term nurse/patient/family relationships and teaching and translating prescriptions for care into doable activities for patients and their caregivers. Ambulatory care nurses work in outpatient settings, responding to high volumes of patients in short term spans while dealing with issues that are not always predictable.
Homecare/hospice nurses assist patients with activities of daily living in a homecare or hospice environment.

Park Nicollet’s Pharmacy team offers a wide range of locations, specialties, and services that you could be a part of! We encompass retail clinic locations, a hospital pharmacy, an ambulatory care MTM practice, ambulatory specialty infusion centers, and home/hospice infusion. A few common roles on our Pharmacy team include:
