At Park Nicollet Health Services we believe that people make better health decisions when they know more about their health. We offer more than 50 health education classes and support groups led by experienced health care professionals with advanced training and expertise in patient education.

Our educational classes range from healthy eating to preparing for childbirth to learning to live with chronic conditions such as diabetes and Parkinson's Disease. And our support groups allow patients in similar circumstances to share their experiences and learn skills to better manage health concerns.
