Designed to prepare mom and her birth companion for the birth of the baby, this course focuses on labor and birth as a natural process. Topics include stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, support person's role, medication options, medical interventions, cesarean birth and post partum care. A tour of the Methodist Family Birth Center is included. We offer three versions of this course: five-week, two-Saturday or one-day express. Please bring two pillows and a blanket to class.

Space is limited and classes fill quickly, so register early to ensure your choice of dates. Call 952-993-3454 for more information.
