Amma Maternity has partnered with Park Nicollet to provide the New Mama Group

All new mothers appreciate connecting with each other for advice, encouragement, laughs and a shoulder to lean on. The New Mama Group will provide the help and support you need. Bring your newborn to a welcoming, relaxed environment and learn more about topics of top concern to new mothers: feeding, sleep, infant care and soothing, vaccinations, pumping, postpartum adjustment, returning to work and more. The curriculum is doctor-approved and classes are taught by nurses. We recommend taking this six-week session class when your newborn is one to eight weeks old.
