Welcome Back: Childbirth Refresher

Are you expecting again and trying to remember all the details? Welcome Back is a four-hour Saturday refresher course that reviews the labor and birth process, breathing and relaxation, current labor and birth options, and sibling adjustments to the new baby. A tour of the Methodist Family Birth Center will be offered. Please bring two pillows and a blanket to class. We recommend taking this class between 32 and 37 weeks of pregnancy.
