Group for women with diabetes

With presentations and discussion, the group meeting provides a forum for women to address the challenges of living with diabetes. Topics also include stress and health, relaxation exercises, self-esteem, positive self-talk, depression, anxiety, self-motivation, goal setting and others suggested by group members. Cost:	The cost of this group is covered by most health insurance plans. Some plans require per-visit co-pays.
Date(s) and time(s):	First and third Thursdays each month, 1 to 2:30 p.m. Second and fourth Tuesdays each month, 5 to 6:15 p.m.
