Living with Heart Disease

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a chronic condition, but you can take steps to prevent the disease from getting worse. This one-session class, taught by a cardiology nurse, summarizes heart disease, identifies CAD risk factors and medications for CAD prevention, and helps you develop a personal action plan. Cost: Free (We encourage you to bring a support person)
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Location: Stilts Building, St. Louis Park
