Spice It Up Without Salt

In this two-hour cooking class, you will be introduced to alternative seasonings for familiar and new dishes that do not need sodium chloride (table salt). Come with a palate ready to taste new flavors.

Colorful Vegetables and Fruits

Have you ever passed by new vegetables or fruits in the produce aisle because you didn't know what to do with them? This class will give you ideas on how to include several vegetables and fruits of deep color – some of which might be new – in your menu planning. These vegetables and fruits are powerful sources of antioxidants. You will learn why this is beneficial to your heart and overall health.

Convenience Cooking

Too busy to make balanced meals for dinner? This class will teach you how to make several meals in 30 minutes from start to table.

More Flavor, Less Fat

Cooking with less fat does not have to be boring or bland! Attend this cooking class to receive a cookbook and learn tips useful in cooking healthy recipes you and your family will enjoy.

Heart-healthy Vegetarian Cuisine

Are you familiar with vegetarian dishes that are full of cheese? We will explore how to cook vegetarian in a flavorful, low-saturated-fat way. Take home copies of the recipes you taste.
