Participants: Individuals nearing the end of treatment or who have finished treatment
Facilitators: Social worker, psychotherapist or spiritual counselor
Description: Learn about the emotional ups and downs people commonly experience when treatment ends. Discuss strategies to anticipate and manage these very normal feelings.
