Participants: Individuals diagnosed with Prediabetes, family and friends

Facilitators: Nutrition Services dietitian

Description: This one-session class will provide practical information to help you understand pre-diabetes. Making lifestyle changes can help prevent the development of diabetes, improve your energy level and care for your heart. Participants will learn about the diagnosis of pre-diabetes, identify personal barriers and goals for making changes and learn about community resources for on-going management.
