Program options

During your visit, your doctor will discuss your health concerns, review your personal and family medical history, and conduct a series of tests to assess your health. See a complete list of tests included in the examination. Your doctor will review your test results and discuss a customized plan for your health.

Because business trips and eating out are often staples of the executive diet, you will receive a three-day food journal when you make your appointment. You will be asked to complete the journal and return it. On the day you visit, our registered dietitian will be ready to discuss your diet. This includes a personal food plan and advice for healthy restaurant choices and any information you need for your unique lifestyle or conditions, such as hypertension or diabetes.

Your executive health visit includes a fitness assessment, using a state-of-the-art (direct measure VO2) fitness test. This will provide a baseline measure from which to begin a fitness program, if needed, or a specific heart rate recommendation to enhance your current training. An exercise specialist will guide you through a series of core strength and flexibility exercises.

The comprehensive exam takes about four hours.
