Innovation fund grants

The annual Celebration for Life gala celebrates Park Nicollet innovations, our legacy and our future. Proceeds from this gala fund grants for projects that demonstrate innovation and can be replicated and sustained to better support the health, healing and learning of those we serve.

How to apply for grants

The chief originator can be any nonprofit organization or component of a nonprofit organization. Any request that demonstrates a relationship with at least one Park Nicollet Health Services department will be considered. Complete grant applications must be received by noon the second Friday in May and December. Proposals must be a maximum of two pages, with a minimum 12-point font size. Include 15 copies of this proposal with the completed  Innovation Fund application (PDF).

We do not fund

• political organizations, campaigns or lobbying activities
• religious organizations or direct religious activities
• expenses associated with usual operations
• individuals and their projects
