- Methodist Hospital Eating Disorders Institute is hosting "Eating Disorders Awareness and Education," a one-day workshop for educators and professionals Friday, Feb. 3, in St. Louis Park. Participants will learn effective methods to prevent, identify and support those struggling with an eating disorder. Nurses, teachers, counselors, youth ministers, social workers and educators are encouraged to attend.
