  • For a third time, Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center and Methodist Hospital were named one of the nation's 100 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals in America for 2006 - 2007 by Solucient®, a respected provider of health information. Fewer than 2 percent of America's hospitals make this prestigious list. The award identifies health care benchmarks and recognizes hospitals that demonstrate superior clinical, operational and financial performance in overall service.

  • Park Nicollet Alexander Center has a new Web site. Dedicated exclusively to the care of children with developmental differences and behavioral disorders, our experts treat more than 25 common conditions that you now can learn more about online.
  • Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative (MVEC) recently named Park Nicollet to receive its first Excellence in Youth Employment Services Award.  In 2006, Park Nicollet partnered with Dakota County Workforce Services and Tree Trust and in 2005 worked with Carver-Scott Educational Co-op and Scott County Employment and Training to develop a way for at-risk youth to explore health care careers.   • Park Nicollet Institute's Health Research Center is seeking individuals who have headaches to participate in a research study of an investigational oral drug compared to placebo for treating a single moderate or severe headache.
