In the community
Minnesota doctors rely on Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center professionals as important partners in their patients' care. Patients from more than 300 Minnesota communities annually receive clinical, diagnostic or treatment services from our doctors, including echocardiogram testing, stress testing and pharmacologic stress testing. Cardiologists read and interpret reports and provide prompt feedback to referring doctors.
Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, part of Park Nicollet, was one of the first Twin Cities hospitals to develop an aggressive primary heart attack program, including a 24-hour acute myocardial infarction transfer. This program not only provides lifesaving care to the metropolitan area, but works with hospitals and doctors in Greater Minnesota to accept patients transferred by helicopter.
Cardiology outreach locations
Our cardiologists make regular visits to Glencoe, Willmar, Granite Falls, Olivia, Ortonville and Redwood Falls. They also regularly visit Park Nicollet Clinic locations in Burnsville, Chanhassen, Maple Grove and Shakopee.
