Interventional radiology, cath lab or imaging, Second Floor

A doctor referral may be needed to schedule appointments with interventional radiology cath lab or imaging. Appointments, tests and treatments are offered from 8 a.m. 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Appointments are often scheduled by your primary care provider. If this is the case, an interventional radiology staff member will call to discuss your appointment. If your doctor asks you to schedule the appointment, call 952-993-2364.

You will be informed when you schedule your visit if the appointment, test or treatment will require an overnight stay at Methodist Hospital.  

What to bring to your appointment

When you come for an appointment, please bring along with you:

• your medical history
• list of medications (PDF) you currently take
• name and address of the doctor who referred you
• insurance card

You also may need to bring X-rays and previous medical records. Ask your doctor what personal medical information you need to bring to your appointment.

If other information or materials will be needed, it will be discussed with you when you schedule your appointment.
