Park Nicollet Navigator: 1-866-993-5777

Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center doctors are among Minnesota’s leading heart and vascular experts. Referring patients or contacting a physician for a consultation is as easy as calling Park Nicollet Navigator.

Navigator is a telephone service to provide referring physicians fast access to our physicians and services. Navigator is staffed by dedicated professionals who will handle your call while you wait, or arrange a time with you when a return call is convenient.

Just call 1-866-993-5777 toll-free or 952-993-5777 locally. Navigator representatives are available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. After 5 p.m., calls are handled by Park Nicollet's telephone operators. You also may e-mail us.

To help speed the referral process, please have the following information available when you call.

  • Patient name, address, city and ZIP code
  • Your name and clinic
  • Nature of the problem
  • Type of referral needed (physician visit, test or procedure at Methodist Hospital)
  • Specific physician you would like to reach
  • Type of insurance
  • Any other special needs we should know about

24-hour acute myocardial infarction transfer

If you have a patient having a heart attack, call 952-993-6080 for an Acute MI transfer. Ask for Emergency Center physicians and say you have a “Code 31.”

It takes just sixty-two minutes for our heart attack team to unblock the artery of a patient having a heart attack. Around the country, hospitals of similar size perform the same "door to open vessel" procedures in 104 minutes.
