Cardiac rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitationOur cardiac rehabilitation program provides comprehensive evaluation, education and treatment for patients who have a cardiac-related condition at our Rehabilitation and Fitness Center. We treat patients recovering from heart attacks, coronary artery bypass grafts, valve replacements, heart transplants and angioplasty, and people with coronary artery disease, stable angina and cardiomyopathy.

The program’s goal is to increase patients’ physical activity and function, and to promote a heart-healthy lifestyle. Our nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists are trained in cardiac rehabilitation to provide care specific to cardiac patients.

Information about each of our programs is listed below. For information on our inpatient rehabilitation services, call 952-993-5486; for outpatient information, call 952-993-2650.
