Phase III
Learn to exercise safely and lower your heart disease risk with Phase III Rehab, a monitored fitness program from the experts of Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center.
Phase III includes regular supervision by physical therapists and registered nurses, plus education on topics such as diet and stress reduction. By incorporating fitness into their regular activities, and learning more about healthy lifestyles, participants can lower their heart disease risk.

Patients with past pulmonary issues are encouraged to consider this program for improving endurance and breathing.
