Park Nicollet Institute serves patients, the community and health care professionals by developing and implementing innovative programs and publications for disease prevention, chronic illness management, and general health and wellness.

The Institute improves patient and community health with information and tools that allow patients to take an active role in their health care.

Our educational services are available to patients and the public through Park Nicollet Health Services, International Diabetes Center and Park Nicollet Health Innovations. We also provide more than 100 continuing medical education opportunities for health care professionals each year.
