Providing compassionate care for you and your family
Caring for a loved one who is terminally ill or dying can be very challenging and difficult. We’re committed to providing compassionate and meaningful care. Our goal is to provide you and your family with peace, comfort and dignity at this important time in your life.
Regardless of where you’re receiving your hospice care – at home, in a long-term care facility, or a residential hospice – or the type of illness you’re facing, we’re here to support you. We’ve been providing hospice care for more than 30 years. We’re a nonprofit, integrated health care system; with physicians that are accredited and board certified in both hospice and palliative care. We focus on what we can do to help you live as comfortably as possible, and make the most of your time with friends and family.

"The hospice team did everything to keep my wife and our family as comfortable as possible. Everyone we had contact with at hospice showed the same concern and care."
Paul and Genevieve have been married for over 72 years. One of Genevieve's joys in life is singing and the Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Hospice group's music therapy provides comfort to her and her husband during this difficult time. Watch the video below.

Everyone’s needs in hospice care are unique. We provide hospice care to any individual 16 years or older living within the Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Hospice services area:
- Whose life is limited by illness, regardless of the specific illness
- Who is no longer receiving treatment to cure the illness
- Who has a life expectancy of weeks or months rather than years if the illness progresses as expected
