Biography

As chief of oncology services at Park Nicollet Cancer Center, I have had a specific interest in breast cancer, genitourinary malignancies (particularly prostate cancer) and lymphoma. However, I enjoy managing a wide range of hematologic and oncologic problems. The diagnosis of cancer and recurrence of cancer can be devastating to patients and their families. This is never forgotten. I endeavor to provide information to my patients so they can have a good understanding of their cancer problem. Knowledge usually lessens anxiety for patients and permits consideration of potential appropriate treatment options.
