Description |
| Tremor | Trembling in hands, arms, legs, jaw and face | Often starts as a slight shaking in a hand or foot on one side of the body. Usually appears when the muscles are at rest, so sometimes it is called "resting tremor." May be more noticeable in times of stress. |
| Rigidity | Stiffness of the arms, legs and trunk | Can cause aching, cramping or flexibility changes, limiting range of motion. |
| Bradykinesia | Slow movement | Can cause slow walking pace or make daily tasks difficult and time-consuming. |
| Postural instability | Trouble with balance and coordination | Can lead to falling. |
