Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital's Emergency Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The expert emergency medical team provides a complete range of emergency services, including rapid evaluation and care for heart attack and stroke.

Methodist Hospital is now certified for Level III trauma care by the State of Minnesota. This means we have the equipment, staff and training to provide definitive care to patients with single system traumatic injuries. Patients may no longer need to go to Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) or North Memorial Medical Center for these services. If you need to be transferred to a higher level for trauma care, Methodist Hospital will provide stabilization and transportation to a Level 1 facility, such as HCMC or North Memorial.

When in an emergency situation If you are faced with a life-threatening emergency, or if you are not sure an emergency exists, call 911. Speak calmly and clearly.
