Executive Health program options

• Comprehensive executive examination. This includes a complete physical examination and lab tests, which cover family history, risk factors and individual health concerns.
• Personal fitness consultation only. This includes state-of-the-art fitness testing, core strength and flexibility exercises and a review of the executive's current exercise habits. The executive will leave with recommendations for a fitness program.
• Nutrition consultation only. The executive discusses his or her diet and develops a personal food plan with a registered dietitian.
