Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled at any of our six locations by calling one telephone number: 952-993-3230. Appointments are available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You do not need a doctor's referral, but you will want to check with your insurance carrier to ensure your visit will be covered under your policy.
