Park Nicollet accepts most major insurance plans, though some plans may require a referral to a Park Nicollet provider. Expand the tabs below to see a list of accepted insurance plans. Park Nicollet no longer accepts Medicare Advantage private, fee-for-service plans.

If your insurance card lists a primary care provider other than Park Nicollet Clinic or Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, you may require a referral from your insurance company to be seen at Park Nicollet.

Medicare Plans Not Accepted

Park Nicollet Clinic, Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital and TRIA Orthopaedic Center do not accept Medicare Advantage private, fee-for-service (PFFS) plans. The following list includes all PFFS plans offered in Minnesota that we do not accept:
