Health education classes provide patients with the knowledge and skills needed to stay healthy or manage an illness.

Park Nicollet offers more than 50 health education classes and support groups led by experienced health care professionals with advanced training and expertise in patient education.

Our educational classes range from healthy eating to administering medication to pregnancy and childbirth. And our support groups allow patients in similar circumstances to share their experiences and learn skills to better manage health concerns.
