Running on Empty curriculum kit
Park Nicollet Melrose Institute has designed engaging, interactive curriculum to enhance your efforts in supporting young people as they come into their own and learn what it means to make positive choices for their emotional and physical health. “Running on Empty” offers clear objectives, accurate information, reliable resources and easy instructions for conducting activities and facilitating discussion about eating disorders. “Running on Empty” is suitable in various settings including classrooms, afterschool groups and community- or faith-based groups. We recommend you use the curriculum only with adults and young people* (girls and boys) in grades 6-12. The content is not appropriate for younger children.
