Volunteer survey

At the end of 2006, we sent a survey to 679 volunteers. We asked volunteers to tell us about their level of commitment to our mission and vision, volunteer job satisfaction, how supported they felt in their roles and how they view Volunteer Services and Park Nicollet as a whole. We received 325 completed surveys. Below are some initial results.

• Is poor performance noticed and dealt with?
