I have been practicing general pediatrics in the Twin Cities for more than 20 years. I enjoy seeing pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents. I also enjoy seeing patients from different ethnic and racial backgrounds. My particular areas of interest are taking care of premature babies and patients with renal problems. In addition, I like to teach medical students and be involved in clinical research. Caring for children with complex medical and behavioral problems keeps me stimulated. I have 3 children. One of my children has a pervasive developmental disorder, so I can understand and emphathize with families who have children with chronic medical conditions.
