My Areas of Practice
I feel fortunate to have  practiced in a wide variety of areas in Occupational Therapy.   Acute Care, Transitional Care, Hand Therapy, Eating Disorders, and currently programs for indivuduals with Work related Injuries.  I enjoy working with individuals to reach their highest level of function, and education necessary for changes needed in the workplace and adding exercise as a part of their lifestyle.

Outside of Park Nicollet I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  I enjoy downhill and cross country skiing, biking the local trails, and a wide variety of fitness classses, from Total Conditioning to Yoga.
