My Areas of Practice
From treating a competitive athlete trying to get back to their sport as quickly as possible to a patient that simply wants to be able to take their dog on a walk without pain, I find helping patients to achieve their goals to be highly rewarding. I primarily utilize manual therapy and exercises tailored specifically for each individual to help my patients achieve their personal goals. I feel my greatest skills are listening and communicating with my patients, it is important to me to develop treatment programs together that best suits individual goals.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons. If I have any spare time after that, I take annual canoeing trips with my wife to the Boundary Waters and Quetico, pheasant hunting, fishing and working out.
