Personal

I have worked for Park Nicollet since 2006. I like working with patients of all ages from the high school athlete to the weekend warrior to the mature adult looking to maintain independence and maximal function. I enjoy designing individual programs that are unique to each patient’s needs and giving patients the tools and knowledge to care for themselves. I utilize manual therapy technicques, myofascial release and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation to restore function.
