As an orthopaedic surgeon, I enjoy helping my patients return to their active lives. Whether athletes are returning to their sport or older adults are maintaining their independence and activities, I enjoy helping my patients reach their goals. I have a particular interest in joint replacements and orthopaedic trauma/fractures, having previously cared for patients at a Level I Trauma Center. As Associate Chief of Surgery, I am using my analytical skills to improve patient outcomes. My PhD in medical engineering and my ongoing research in orthopaedic surgery allow me to critically evaluate new orthopaedic technologies and treatments for my patients.
