As a Nurse Practitioner I work with the patient and in collaboration with the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians to develop a personalized rehabiliation plan to improve quality of life and maximize function. My goal is to provide a place that the patient feels their concerns have been address and to work with each patient to acheive their personal goals and maximize their recovery to the best of our ability.
