My Areas of Practice
I am passionate about wound care and providing comprehensive wound care plans that treat not only the wound but the whole patient. I strive to help patients heal wounds in the fastest possible time frame while giving them the great quality of life they deserve. I am an associate professor at the University of MN's Program in Physical Therapy where I have designed and instructed the course on wound care since 2002. I have an interest in providing wound care around the world and joined the U of MN in physical therapy trips to Niger, Africa where I spend two weeks treating wounds in the African bush.
