Personal

Dr. Covert graduated from the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine and completed her residency with the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Minnesota Medical Asssociation. Dr. Covert was one of five sisters in her family. Women’s health bears a special significance to Dr. Covert and she carries this sentiment to her family and her practice. “I devote myself to each of my patients.” Dr. Covert enjoys caring for patients in all stages of life, from early adolescence through menopausal years. “My practice encompasses all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgery, clinic practice, and pregnancy.” Dr. Covert believes that to be a good listener and provide exceptional patient care are her ultimate goals as a physician. She has a special interest in gynecologic surgery, obstetrics, and infertility. When not at Park Nicollet, Dr. Covert enjoys spending time with her family in their home in Maple Grove. She also enjoys traveling, exercising, and skiing.
