My Areas of Practice
I am especially interested in applying an integrative, holistic approach to women's health. I have a bachelors degree in Social Work and am comfortable working with issues like depression, sexual dysfunction, and stress management. I have received specific training in Health Coaching and Integrative approaches from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. I am familiar with complementary healing strategies including QiGong, acupuncture, meditation, homeopathy, food as medicine, cranial-sacral, and naturalpathic medicine, to name a few. I have an extensive referral network of Alternative Health Care providers in order to assist you in meeting your expressed health goals.
Over the last 10 years, I have gained considerable experience and expertise in working with perimenopausal and menopausal women. In addition to the above strategies, I also incorporate compounded, bioidentical hormones when appropriate. I work closely with several of the compounding pharmacists in the Twin Cities to meet your individual needs related to hormonal health.

Nancy Gossard is from Coffeyville, Kansas. She has a degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. She attended nursing school after moving to Minnesota over 30 years ago and has never regretted that decision. “I love my job, the Gemini in me provides me with many new interests, and I always learn a ton from my patients.”
Nancy came to Park Niocllet about 15 years ago when Park Nicollet had a “complementary Medicine” group. She has a special interest in high-risk pregnancy, complementary and therapies. “My practice is based on a holistic approach to healing. I believe the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected.”
When not at Park Nicollet, Nancy is very involved with her children’s activities, schools, and travels. They love to travel and have spent time in China, Spain, and New Zeland to mention a few. She is very interested in other cultures and their health practices. She spends as much time as possible at her cabin in Ely, exploring the BWCA.
