My Areas of Practice

In the Lifestyle Renewal Program we use evidence-based interventions to help clients develop self-management strategies that improve quality of life and participation in meaningful activities.

With an undergraduate degree in literature and psychology and a master’s in occupational therapy, I am interested in collaborating with clients to help them develop self-management tools to manage chronic pain, headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia, and other conditions that interfere with quality of life.

Tools I use include: Therapeutic Neuroscience Education, EMG biofeedback, emWave software, diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness-based stress reduction, tai chi, restorative yoga, and healthy lifestyle modification (pacing strategies, safe body mechanics, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and exercise).

I am also a certified lymphedema therapist.
