I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with a wide range of mental health issues. One of my main goals in working with patients at the Melrose Institute, is to help people find the hope needed to fight their eating disorder and to help them develop a healthy self of self and a more fullfilling life. I am passionate about educating people to speak out against the unrealistic and unhealthy messages the fashion industry and Hollywood give out to young men and women surrounding success, happiness and body image. During my off hours, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and our dog and two cats. I am a nature and animal lover and a foodie. I enjoy hiking, yoga, gardening, watercolor, cooking, entertaining, traveling, movies, knitting and reading.
